Discover Your Mind and Body at Menopause

Join us for an afternoon workshop that has been designed to empower the menopausal woman.  The session presented by Jane Carson, NP Certified Menopause Practitioner, will leave you with a renewed sense of calm as you learn about solutions to help take control of your health.  The afternoon will cover a range of topics impacting your mind and body at menopause as well as a creative exploration session facilitated by Elizabeth Turner, CZT who will guide you through a proven method that promotes mindfulness and fosters self-esteem, improved focus, increased relaxation, creativity and stress anxiety relief.
