Clean Eating Cooking Class with Sharlene Styles

Join Sharlene Styles (holistic nutritionist, health &lifestyle coach) for an interactive cooking class that focuses on the tastes and freshness of spring in Ontario.

As always, Sharlene's classes are designed to demonstrate that eating healthy can be simple, delicious and nutritiousw. Her aim is to inspire you to becime more creative and adventurous with your cooking while teaching you how to use fresh, seasonal organic, nutrient-rich healing whole foods that will change the way you eat and feel.

The seasonal menu includes dishes with oodles of nutritious vegetables and is light in protein. All the recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, preservative-free and processed-sugar free. While the menu includes some animal protein, there are substitutions and/or omissions that are suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

This whole food participatory cooking class will be held around South Coast Guest House's large kitchen island.

Your afternoon will include:

-copies of all recipes

-a fun interactive cooking lesson

-organic ingredients used (when possible)

-a gentle stroll around the tranquil country setting

-a copy of Sharlene's signature recipe ebook - The Art of Health Eating (with over 70 recipes)

Heart Healthy Valentine's Day Interactive Cooking with Sharlene Styles

This Valentine's Day we'll help you get a little spicy and a little sweet, naturally with food!  You'll learn how to turn delicious heart healthy whole foods into a delicious Thai inspired meal.

Summer Solstice Yoga Retreat
